This is a wonderfull traditional house completely renewed with a sea view. Is located in the scenic area of Marathokampos, a village idyllically positioned in a peaceful full of trees hill in a green enviroment, just 4 km from the sea. With its relaxed welcoming atmosphere offers fantastic views over the villages, the hills and the nearby sea. Offers you a settle to prepare your activities during your holidays in all seasons of the year. It is 90 sqm in 3 floors.On the ground floor there is the living area, dining table- chairs and with pretty sofas. There is also a full-equipped kitchen, fridge and oven; the 2nd floor composed by bedroom, a small sitting room and the bathroom (In this floor you will also find the washing machine) and the 3rd floor is the amazing attic . There are two entrances to the house , the first to the kitchen and the second at the second floor where is the bedroom. Excellent for Family vacations. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by traditional village houses. Near by there is an old water source where in the past the locals used to wash their clothes . Huge trees surround the place and the nearby monastery creates a peaceful atmosphere. Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να παρκάρει στον δρόμο που περνάει μπροστά από το μοναστήρι της Παναγίας, γνωστό με το όνομα Παναγίτσα και να περπατήσει 20 μέτρα στο πέτρινο δρομάκι που βρίσκεται αριστερά για το σπίτι. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό Μαραθόκαμπος όπου ο επισκέπτης έχει πρόσβαση σε super market , φούρνο και εστιατόρια κάνοντας μία ευχάριστη μικρή διαδρομή με τα πόδια ,ανάμεσα σε πετρόχτιστα παραδοσιακά δρομάκια.
