Light airy beach house. 3 x double bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 downstairs. 1 bathroom upstairs with bath and shower over bath. Downstairs has a toilet and shower, large seating area with modular sofa and second tv. Outside shower hot/cold for returning from beach. Comfortable seating area with TV and DVD. Lovely wooden deck with sea views and small gas barbecue and seating area. 5 mins walk from back gate through native bush to surf. The house is a minutes walk from the beautiful Inyadda beach. We have aimed to create a light, airy, breezy house. Perfect for beach style holidays Sea views, bush outlook, house has been recently modernised with nice decor. Wooden floors upstairs with tiles downstairs. Good quality linen provided and mattress toppers to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances but still retaining the simple feel of a beach house. Open plan kitchen/living upstairs with large windows and ocean views. Opens out onto deck. Outside table/chairs nd comfy couch on deck. Two distinct living areas upstairs and downstairs with two televisions/dvds. Dvds/magazines/games to keep the children entertained whilst parents relax on the deck enjoying the ocean breezes. Fully enclosed back yard with lawn and fruit trees for shade. Entire house We are always contactable by phone should you have any problems but access is via locked box and we leave you well alone to enjoy your holiday Quiet beachside locality, house backs onto bush with walking trails through to the beach and neighbouring village of bendalong. Small shop in Bendalong with cafe attached and cafe at conjurong point 20 mins walk from house. Area notable for a lack of development and surrounded by native forests and beautiful beaches. No public transport Pets welcome as long as they are house trained and stay off the furniture
