The rooms are designed to accomodate 1-2 people for short stays and 1 person on longer stays in a modern and cozy ambiance, providing a work desk with water boiler, a small selection of local teas and instant coffee, shared kitchen. As of September 2021 ground floor ECK's Bar-Restaurant will provide food plans, room delivery and a relaxing cozy atmosphere. Only a couple minutes from the city-center and the EU Institutions . Stripped down to the main walls and rebuilt over 2 years the building hosts 7 rooms for 1-2 persons (2 rooms can offer an infant bed), pets are allowed. Guest access is provided with smart entry over app. Free Parking is available at approx. 50m on the train station parking. Residential parking is free overnight from 18h00-06h00. Cozy and calm neighborhood in direct proximty of the city center and the European Quarter, Shops, Bars , Restaurant, Hospital in direct proximity. Big Parking just 50m away on the train station parking. Direct busses to the city center (5 minutes) and to the European Institutions (6 minutes) in direct proximity.
