‘Annie’- warm caravan, farm stay, near beaches

We refurbished this 2010 caravan with CH and double glazing. Its an idyllic, peaceful spot set in a field with our milking herd (March to Oct)and pony. It's in close proximity to our 6 berth caravan allowing space for up to 12 guests. It is set on its own behind our house and has some beautiful views. It is 10-15 minutes to beautiful beaches of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth. Its a very comfortable and spacious, 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Family friendly-travel cot, high chair included We recently brought this caravan and we have renovated it adding homely touches, new carpets and curtains. Both bedrooms have new bedding and decorated tastefully including a new smart TV in the double bedroom. The caravan is a great size and boasts a family shower room. It also has an enclosed decking area and corner sofa. It is family friendly ( travel cot, high chair and children’s bowls, cutlery) and we are happy to help with anything you may need if you are travelling with children. We have tried to add lots of helpful finishing touches. It also includes puzzles, books, DVDs and some toys. Guests have access to the whole caravan. There is a private driveway from the lane to the caravan. The caravan has its own outdoor area. Both our caravans can be rented allowing for 12 guests to stay altogether. We live in the house below- I am available by phone or I am home a lot of the time to answer questions and give recommendations. Otherwise we will give you a peaceful holiday! Myself, my husband and our 5 children live in the house below the caravan so we are available for any questions or advice about the best places to visit or eat during your stay. The farm is a short walk down the lane. You are welcome to explore and meet the animals and feed the calves. There are also some lovely walks just on from the farm. We are a short 10 minute walk into the town. The garden centre and the tramway are all in walking distance as well as parks and local pubs, great for eating out. Our fabulous outdoor seating and BBQ are a great addition to your stay (April to Oct). We are in an ideal location to reach the fantastic local beaches (Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Charmouth, Beer and Seaton and towns. There are also plenty of family days out; Seaton Wetlands, Seaton Jurassic Centre, Pecorama, Crealy, Exeter Cathedral and Escot. We are just out of the town of Colyton- a short 10 minute walk. There are buses which link to Axminster Train Station and the buses access most local areas. We are a 5-10 minute walk into Colyton for fish and chips, corner shops and pubs. We are only a 15 minute drive from Lyme Regis and Sidmouth and 10 minutes from Seaton and Beer. We live on a working farm. We are close to the milking robots and the caravan is sited beside a field which often has cows in it and a pony ! We also have 3 dogs and there are dogs in the farm which often visit! There are also flies due to cattle but we have provided a fly killer machine, spray and fly squat. The caravan has an enclosed decking area which is very safe. There is also occasionally tractor noise. Other than that it is very quiet and family friendly. Bed linen is charged as an extra or you are very welcome to bring your own linen. Duvets and pillows are provided. You need to bring towels. You are very welcome to use the trampoline, it is shared between the 2 caravans.
