Charming house on the Umbrian hills. (C+M)

In the big house where we live we host no more than three couples (WITHOUT CHILDREN) in three houses. Each with independent entrance and private outdoor area. It is in the countryside 4 km. from Città della Pieve and Chiusi and offer an exciting views on Trasimeno Lake and the hills. The house we rent is on the first floor. Has a small porch with table and chairs, in the garden, under the stairs, a private space surrounded by plants has wooden floor and is covered by a yellow tent. The House has been restored with traditional materials and originality. Furnished with antiques and other purchased around the world. Each thing has been chosen for us and for our friends who often come to visit us. It is on the first floor. A classic brick and stone staircase (private) leads to a small porch with table and chairs, from here you can admire a wide panorama that stretches from the old city of Chiusi up to Lake Trasimeno and the Apennines. From the balcony you enter into a central room with living area (sofa and bench), dining space (table with chairs for 6 persons) and a beautiful hand painted majolica kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge and an electric cooker with two fires. Besides there is an electric kettle. In the cupboard there are pots, dishes and utensils enough for eight people. To the left of the living room there is a bedroom. The bed size 160 x 200. In the room there is a bench, a closet and a library. By the bed, two bedside tables, night lights are on the wall. The room has a large window with double curtain, with views of the countryside, on the old city of Chiusi and Lake. The bathroom is private and has a large shower. Over the bed there is a mosquito net. In the room there is a fan. In the garden, under the stairs, there is a private space surrounded by plants which provide plenty of privacy. The space has wooden floor, is covered by a yellow tent and has a bench, a table and two chairs. The House is equipped with bed linen and towels. The beds have cotton bedspreads and (separately) light quilts if the nights were cold. We have different table cloths for the internal table and to the external one. We remind our guests that the floors are very difficult to clean, so if possibil not used the shoes in the house and pay close attention to everything that could staining them. The dining tables are made of wood and does not bear the direct heat: then you should always put something under the cups or under the pots. The House is surrounded by countryside and has a beautiful swimming pool (16x6) surrounded by greenery. Each House has a dedicated area with a gazebo with wooden plank and pillows. .Our family lives in a different part of the House. You will always have your privacy. If you wish, we will be happy to chat or give you recommendations and information. If you want we will cook for you. Every morning we will buy fresch bread for you. We share with our guests the love of silence: we all try to create a cheerful and communicative feeling in respect of peace and good manners. In the houses is forbidden to smoke. The House is situated in the countryside in quiet but not isolated place. Chiusi railway station is 4 km away The same distance there are supermarkets and stores. We are really “the center of the center of Italy”. Trains from Chiusi to Rome and Florence in an hour and a half. In 15 minutes you can reach the motorway (exits of Chiusi or Fabro). Città della Pieve is known from ancient times as 'the city of bricks'. And is one of the best preserved medieval towns of central Italy.
