Our recently renovated 50's building with the unique yellow stone of Cyprus used to be the art studio of the owner for 15 years. It is centrally located in a quiet narrow street in the heart of the pitoresque old town of Nicosia. Central bus station only 100m can take you everywhere in the island. Enjoy your staying! Very comfortable and spacious in its 85sq.m Easily accessed quests are one step away from downtown's cafes, restaurants and bars, the Town Hall and most of the Governmental, Municipal and Bank services which are in walking distance. The central bus terminal connecting all towns is literally in two minutes walking distance. Guests can text us in case they need something. We would love to have a brief talk with our guests.
