Contemporary house Padna

The house - a new building is situated in an old charming village, surrounded by stones and beautiful nature, sea in the distance. It has 120m2, spacious and contemporary furnished, ideal for 6 persons (2 bedrooms, couch, 2 bathrooms).The hill on which Padna stands is covered with olive trees and vineyards, ideal for go hiking, cycling or visit the more peaceful part of the seaside. The access to the house consists of an enclosed atrium that functions as an extension of the living room on the ground floor with a cosy couch, which can be used as a 150x200cm bed. A bathroom, utility and storage space are located behind a wooden coated wall containing three hidden doors and that ends in the form of a closet under the stairs. The centre of the house is held in an open space on the first floor consisting of a kitchen and dining room, the stairs are divided by a thin glass wall that further emphasize the openness of the space. A large window grants the space enough light throughout the whole year and offers views of the valley and the sea back in the distance. Smaller windows open on the street framing nearby stone houses. The attic helds two bedrooms, one with dubble bed an one with two single beds (bunk bed) and a bathroom conceding its inhabitants privacy and a space to retreat. I am available during all stay on the phone or e-mail, I can also give tips for where to eat, go , what to do in the neighbourhood. There shouldn't be any problem with the house, since is new, equipped, air conditioning, heat pump - heating. Padna distance 5km from the sea which you see from the village, it is 10 minutes form Portorož (turist destination, or Koper (turist and main city), 5 minutes from Italian border and 5 Minutes from Croatian border, on the hill, souranded by woods, a lot of hiking, cycling routs... Nearest airport Trieste, or Rijeka, Venezia 2h distance. Local bus, taxi.
