The quiet location within walking distance to one of the cities key transportation links (P+R Webling) with two sheltered parking spaces directly in front of the entrance door give the apartment its uniqueness. Underfloor heating and inverter air conditioning provide for an optimal room climate. Make yourself comfortable in our box spring bed or on our sofabed which can be used as an additional double bed if required. We offer you a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and home office with high-speed internet. Two Smart TV sets are at your disposal. Bed linen, sufficient fresh towels as well as hand soap and hair dryer are provided. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited for security reasons. The whole apartment is at your disposal.
