From the living area, two steps lead to an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen, with service hatch. Two very spacious double bedrooms (1 with balcony access) are accompanied by a full shower room with washing machine. Outside, a lovely private garden with stone-built BBQ complements the alfresco dining area to the covered balcony. The apartment enjoys a tranquil setting on the Lake Maggiore hillside, overlooking the holiday complex. The seasonal on-site adult pool with kid-friendly paddling pool are both situated 300 metres away (up to 4 free pool passes are provided for guests use). The well-serviced resort town offers a host of local amenities to enhance a self-catering stay, including supermarkets, a bakery, wide selection of restaurants, ice-cream shops, bars and a lake beach. From Ispra, the famous Monastery of ‘Santa Caterina del Sasso’ and the well-connected resort of Laveno-Mombello (with its train station and ferry service to Stresa and Verbania) are 14-21 minutes’ drive away.
