Our house is modern and recently renovate up to the highest standards. It is located in a quiet yet lively neighborhood and has a nice garden with views and a private heated pool. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single) and sleeps 5 people. It has 2 complete bathrooms, an office studio and a large living room with incredible views over the garden. There´s an outside terrace with plenty of sun and a garage with space for 2 cars. The house is modern, renovated, in the north of Tenerife. It is located in the Town of Los Realejos, in a quiet but very conveniently located neighborhood. The place is very well communicated either if you come with your own car or public transport. The house is great for staying at home resting in beautiful, sunny and warm surroundings. The neighborhood has lots of shops, restaurants and everything you may need at walking distance so there’s no need to rent a car if you don’t feel like it. Also, is a great base to explore the rest island due to it’s location as it is really well communicated with the main road with lots of activities within few km away and very close to the national park road and other tourist spots. The house has a nice garden, a large and sunny terrace with beautiful views over the valley and a private heated swimming pool. It sleeps 5 persons comfortably in 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. Two of the rooms have large built in closets. Also,there’s a cot for babies 8f needed. Max. Occupancy is 5, kids included, please, keep this in mind when booking. This is not negotiable. It has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, all new. Kitchen is fully equipped and it includes a walk-in pantry with plenty of place to store food and other items. Living room is very spacious, bright and has beautiful views over the garden with a separate dinning area. The house also has a studio office which is great for those who have work or to use as a reading room, with lots of natural light. There’s a garage with space for two cars and a washing machine. It’s ideal for couples looking to relax as it is for families with children. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: - The house comes with bedlinen and towels included (for shower and swimming pool) Arrival and departure cleaning fee is included althought we expect a light cleaned and tidy house upon departure. - Kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator and freezer, oven, and all appliances needed. Cleaning products and vacuum cleaner. - The swimming pool is private. It’s inside the property and not used by anyone else. -We can provide you with a cot (don’t forget to tell us in advance) and a highchair for babies. There’s plenty of toys and games for children, young and older. - There’s a 42” smart tv in the living room with Netflix and PS4 with games & Bluray films.High speed WIFI internet connection. Small library in the office (you can borrow books from us if needed) - Washing machine in the garage with plenty of space to hang dry clothes, inside and outside. - House, garden and swimming pool are situated at the same level. The entrance and the garage/ washing room are downstairs at street level. You have to climb a small set of steps either from inside the garage or the street to get into the main floor. - There’s a garage with space for 2 cars. - There’s a gate to get into the swimming pool area that can be locked so kids can’t access to it without supervision. Same with the garage stairs. - Smoking is not permitted in the house. No parties or events allowed and no unregistered guests can stay over. Occupancy is 5 persons, including kids. Only exception is 1 baby sleeping in a cot. COVID RELATED AND OTHER STUFF TO BE AWARE OF: We have decided to change our refund policy from flexible to moderated. That means you’ll get a full refund if you cancel 5 days before arrival. Because a large number of people cancelling on arrival day during last year we will issue full refunds based on each individual case. Please, note that we have changed some elements in the house. Some decorative pillows have been removed as if was not possible to clean them in between guests. Some small decorative objects and artwork is changed from time to time and may not be the ones in the pictures (don’t worry, everything is still nice!) You can access all the property during your stay except a small room in the garage where the swimming pool engine and products are located. This is closed and marked as off limits. We live, literally, one step away at the other side of the street and we’d be happy to help with anything. Also, we can be contacted by phone 24/7 during your stay The house is situated in a residential area in a really small street so it’s a really quiet area but you have almost everything you’ll need meters away, at the main street. There’s 2 big malls 5 mins away by car and a Lidl supermarket 1 min. away by car, very close to the house. The closest beach, Playa Jardín is 3-4 min by car and Puerto de la Cruz town centre is 10-15 min away. If you like zoos, the house is located 3 min away from Loro Parque. There’s a Taxi and bus stop 300 meter away from the house. North airport is 20 minutes away and South airport around an hour by car. The neighbourhood has restaurants, many bakeries, grocery stores, gym, hairdressers, supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, gas station and basically anything you may need during your stay. It’s ideal for couples looking to relax as it is for families with children. There’s bus and taxi stops 200 meters away from the house. You can access the main Road easily and the house is located at an ideal location to explore all interesting spots in the island, whether it is in the north, the capital area or the south. This house is family owned. We like to keep it nice and well maintained as we, our family and friends use it when it’s not rented. We live next door so arrival/departure is smooth and should any problem arise during your stay or should you need any advice or have any questions about the island we are literally, a step away and happy to help.
