Chalet “Le Paradis caché” is situated within the authentic and family-friendly village of le Praz de Lys at the elevation of 1500 metres. Praz-de-Lys is the ideal playground for enjoying activities 'in the great outdoors'. The chalet is 50 metres away from the slopes and offers skiing out onto the slopes and skiing back to the chalet. The chalet’s south facing aspect provides unrivalled panoramic views across the Mont Blanc massive and hours of glorious sunshine. This cosy living is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa near the central fireplace and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi and a music system. Children's and board games are available (and for our Dutch speaking guests many “Jommeke” cartoons). The living area is the perfect place for pre-/post- dinner drinks. After a cold day outside you can reheat and relax in the hammam downstairs, the spacious hammam offers place to five people at the time. The open plan professional kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favourite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 12. In the morning, weather permitting, you can enjoy your breakfast on the sun terrace enjoying the stunning views of the mountains. Intimately decorated. Well equipped and appointed, with minute attention to detail. Everything at this chalet is designed for your (and my family's) comfort, enjoyment and relaxation. This chalet is ideally suited for larger family groups. The property has six comfortable bedrooms, to sleep 10 people and 4 children comfortably. There are two master bed rooms including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, two bed rooms including a double bed and a shared bathroom with a shower, one bed room has two single beds and shared bathroom with a shower and one bedroom has two bunk beds and shared bath room. A separate toilet is available. The chalet features central heating, a washing machine and a dryer in a dedicated laundry room and a heated ski and boot room. There is also a study area equipped with telephone, printer and wireless internet access. Note that the cleaning, towels, kitchen towels, bed linen and logs for the fireplace are included in the rental fee. Parking is available closeby. Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Host is available offsite as needed
