Relax in the luxury you deserve! 4 Bedroom exec style home with room for a cpl of families, orhave the whole place for a romantic escape for 2. Beach Views from upstairs & downstairs. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen (incl dishwasher & coffee machine). Watch the waves crash on the beach or the whales on their migration. The main bed is King, (sheets & cases provided), (BYO for others or can provide at low fee), walk in robe ensuite, 2 lounge rooms, smart tv, incl Netflix. (2 Nite min) Downstairs thee are another 3 bedrooms, 2nd lounge/TV room & access to fully fenced yard for the 4 legged member of your family. Range of dvd's, books & games for all ages There are 4 decks, depending on whether you want sun or shade, maybe a quiet corner to hide & read a book while someone else cooks on the large Webber BBQ on the upstairs rear deck The whole house is for guests with the exception of 1 locked room and some private cupboards to keep our personal items and supplies We will not be around to bother you our cleaner is close by to assist with any problems you may have, or you can call me any time. Merry beach is an oasis of beautiful beaches surrounded by National Park, with lots of cycling and trail walking for all levels. Watch the surf from the house and work out the best time to catch a wave or go fishing. We are only 100 mtrs walk to Merry Beach and 700mtrs to Kioloa Beach. Bikes are provided for guest use Linen is only supplied for the King bed, the rest of linen is BYO. Linen can be provided for an additional fee upon request. 2 Night minimum booking - Airbnb site has a bug. Sorry, 1 night bookings will need to be cancelled. Secure yard for pets, but we want them to stay outside. Please note that damage to screens will need to be charged to the guest, even if it was your pooch that did it.
