Quiet Oasis in Garden Village

Comfortable room, friendly interactive hosts happy to share what is locally available,ie: water sports, swimming, biking, kayaking, SUPing, sculpture trail, vineyards, local market etc. We have two bikes and two kayaks you can hire or there is a bike hire place along the road at Country Park and Blue Water Adventures on the road to Omaha hire SUPs etc. We also have extra rooms if you need to bring another couple. Price on asking. Please note the water is a few minutes walk from our house. The rooms are not large but the beds are and they are very comfortable. You can use the dining room, lounge, kitchen and deck areas. We have three private rooms so you can choose to book others if needed at an additional cost. You can park inside the property either on the lawn or in the driveway. Access to your room is through the house. Hi, I'm Carol. My husband Kerry and I are now retired so we have time to chat and help you plan your itinerary should you wish. We are parents of 5 children and many grandchildren. We enjoy gardening, biking, walking and swimming in this beautiful place. This is a small village, completely flat with one general store which also serves coffees, pies, fish and chips etc. This is 2-3 minute walk from our house. The local swimming beach is just a few minutes walk from our house. There are three playground areas, a pontoon, library, tennis courts etc. This is a very safe area to walk or bike. There are buses twice a day. There is a walk/bike trail to Matakana and Omaha. We are happy to do a simple cooked breakfast for you or you can have cereal and fruit, porridge in winter.
