This Leed (Gold) and Novoclimat certified house will have everything to seduce lovers of tranquility and nature as well as those who seek to spend beautiful moments with family or friends. Built in 2019 and overlooking a small lake, we were keen to minimize our impact on the surrounding nature which is simply superb. Whether taking a bath, cooking or comfortably seated in the living room, you will be surrounded by superb views ! Surrunded by woods, you will enjoy peacefull time and whenever the suns hits, the lake will be right there for you to enjoy a fresh swim. Fully Equipped to make your stay comfortable (dishwasher, washer, dryer, coffee maker, toaster ...) we also provide bedding and towels so you can travel light! Books, board games and sound system are also at your disposal! The house will be fully yours . You'll acces with a code to open the main door. We'll give you the acces code so you can acces by yourself. We'll remain totaly available by phone for any request or question. We are thirty minutes from the city of Lachute.
