Welcome to our beautiful 6 acres - with the house at the back of the block and the dam and forest over the road and Emerald of course has the iconic Puffing Billy. Lots of coffee shops, and fabulous eateries and even some wineries not to far away. But best of all, there are no street lights, so you can see the stars in all their glory and hear the silence. The unit is attached to the house, but it has all it's own amenities. Come stay and enjoy the fresh air and peace and quiet. There's a queen-size bed, built in robe, own bathroom, and lounge room and kitchenette, with microwave and electric frypan , kettle and toaster. You have your own entrance, and table and chairs for outside drinks - front and back of the unit. With a view to the front paddocks, where, if the kangaroo's and wallabies feed. I'm often around in the veggie and fruit garden, if you are interested in these things, and I am happy to answers questions. You can't see the neighbors, their houses are at the front of their blocks and mine is at the back. It is very very private. Parking is available on the block - but public transport is not really an option. We live in a fire prone area - if the weather bureau are forecasting a code red day - PLEASE RING BEFORE YOU COME - to make sure that it is safe for you to travel to the area.
