Spacious Villa S&I in the middle of Nature

We would like to share our guest house with you, it is a wonderful space to enjoy in the nature. The house has 4 apartments each with shower bath, bed room and living room with kitchen. Additionally a big flat with salon, long table, working gallery, 250Mbit internet, beamer, kitchen, library and atelier. In the basement there is a table tennis and a DJ-soundsystem. Outside is a pool, sauna, permaculture garden, tables for up to 50 persons, trampoline and slackline. The house is a old distillery build around 1900 and was renovated with much love and care. Heating is central, but every flat has a chimney. It is a ideal space for families and friends and to simply be. There is much to explore and do inside and outside for the little and the grown ups. The whole house is available as seen on the pictures, the following areas are only upon request: professional kitchen in the basement, sheds, garden equipment, workshop, woodworking shed, storage, stocks, apartment two (straight in the stairs, currently in construction) and the annex. There is an adjacent flat building next to the house where somebody will usually stay, who takes care of the garden and pool, which is necessary especially for longer stays. This person is also the contact for eventual questions, but we are also available via telephone. It is a small village with 100 inhabitants and little infrastructure - food you need to bring or get from the garden and despite most happens on the property. The next neighbor is 100m away and the space is mostly not visible from the outside (during summer). We have 8 chickens and a cock. There is a small tree, lakes near by, a long distance cycle path, the labyrinth in Malchow, a café in Damerow, the reindeer farm in Klockow and the next supermarket in Prenzlau. You reach Schönfeld in 90min from Berlin via car or train to Nechlin (RE3). We have enough parking space, also for campers. The neighbor farm harvests crops in mid July and September, based on the weather. Afterwards they let a drying plant running for some days, which gives a quite buzz also at night, mostly hearable outside. The nearby Autobahn you can hear outside in the evenings when it's wind still and wet outside, or when the wind blows from the east, which is circa 1/4 of the days and never on the front side of the house (pool, fire place and sauna).
