Light and airy flat right on the Malvern Hills

CAN BE SET UP AS A SUPER KING BED OR TWO SINGLES. Set halfway up the Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this one bedroom flat is ideal for walkers looking to get straight out onto the hills after a peaceful night's sleep. There's a spacious bedroom, comfortable living room, kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy incredible sunsets, tranquil surroundings, and a great pub within two minutes' walk. With access to the hills on your doorstep, it's the perfect place to get away from it all. The flat is ideal for walkers as well as anyone just looking to get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Access to the hills is opposite the house, and Great Malvern, Worcester, Ledbury, Hereford and more are all within easy reach. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be converted to two singles if required. There is also a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a third guest. The flat has its own small garden with a patio area, and there is a dedicated parking space outside the garage opposite the flat. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided, including fresh eggs from our chickens. Books, games, and puzzles are also provided should the weather prove less inviting for walking! Guests have access to the whole self-contained flat as well as a private garden with small patio. Our family lives in the main house above the flat. You will have your own space for your stay, but I am available if needed. West Malvern is a small village set on the side of the Malvern Hills. It is a short drive (or longer walk over the hills!) to the shops and other amenities of Great Malvern. The Brewers Arms pub, which boasts the best views of any pub in the country, is two minutes from the flat. It is currently not offering food. Sugar Loaf cafe, which offers tea, coffee, cake, and some basics such as bread, milk, fruit, and vegetables is also just a few minutes walk away. The cities of Hereford and Worcester are also within easy reach by car. There is a route onto the hills moments from the front door, as well as several car parks along the hills to access other walking routes. There is a bus than runs to Great Malvern in one direction and Ledbury in the other. It departs every two hours or so; details of times and routes are in the guest handbook. The flat is self-contained, but is set beneath a larger two storey home. There are two children in the main house, so you may hear some occasional noise from above during the day. The main gate to the property opens directly onto the road, so please take care when leaving. Electric cars and bicycles can be difficult to hear.
