5 BR townhouse sleeps up to 10 with parking

I'm looking forward to welcoming you to my lovely townhouse.....a bright, airy space, which is ideally suited for a group of co-workers, friends or family. The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10 and no excess noise in the house after 10pm. You will be asked to leave the property with no refund if we receive complaints of excess noise/parties from the neighbours, regardless of the time of day or night. The property is situated over three floors providing ample space with 5 comfortable double bedrooms and a cot. Great public transport links makes it an ideal place to stay; there is ample parking for multiple cars along with two dedicated parking bays. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away with buses running every 10 minutes or so into the city center. The journey takes about 10 -15 minutes, it's even quicker by taxi. Lidl and Aldi are within easy walking distances, the latter of which has just opened a new store just two minutes walk away; all ready for your stay! The house is large and spacious with all the facilities you’ll need for a short or longer stay. The whole house is yours for the stay. You must keep noise to a reasonable level while using the house and garden. Please be advised this property it has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.(22:00) No excess noise from guests at property after 10pm. The house is located in a residential area if the neighbours call us to complain or call the police to complain about noise or anti social behaviour you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Regardless of the time of day/night. This a strict rule and we will not tolerate anybody causing a nuisance to the neighbourhood. You will not receive a refund if you are asked to leave due to noise complaints as you will be in breach of our house rules. The access to the property is by a key lock.. I’m at the end of the phone if you need me. The neighbourhood is residential and very quiet and safe. It is easily accessed off the M4 from both the East and West. Large supermarkets are moments away whilst there are restaurants and take away food outlets about 500 metres away. Dedicated bus lanes on the main road make the public transport systems very efficient. It takes just less than 60 minutes to walk into the city center. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away Regional rail line 500 metres away in Birchgrove. Simple access off the M4 Safe residential area. No Parties or group gatherings at the house. NO USE OF GARDEN AFTER 10pm. Keep noise to minimum levels while in the house. While we do allow pets at the property there are restrictions that you must follow. Please message us to let us know that you will be bringing a pet with you. We do limit pets to one large dog or two smaller breed dogs. Pets are allowed in the downstairs area of the house only. STRICTLY No pets upstairs in any bedrooms. No pets allowed on any furniture. Please do not leave your pets in the house without you. Any mess or damage caused by your pets to furniture or floors will be charged extra to you.
