Our onsite facilities include a guest laundry, a social lounge area, large common kitchen facilities, two meeting rooms, and easy and free parking. We do our utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our reception office is open from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m on Saturday and Sunday. Check-in after reception office hours is possible per our late arrival instructions. Living Suites is conveniently located in Nærum in the Copenhagen North area - just 20 minutes from Copenhagen city centre. SHOPPING AND GROCERIES Just across the road from Living Suites you will find everything you need including two super markets, a bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, dry cleaner, book store and much more. The Lyngby Shopping Mall (Lyngby Storcenter) and the Magasin department store are both located in the neighboring town of Lyngby. Take bus 300S or 40E to go to Lyngby in 12 minutes. HOW TO GET TO US FROM THE AIRPORT? You can take a taxi (approximately DKK 600) or use public transportation. Take the metro M2 (towards Vanløse) and get off at Nørreport Station. Change to Bus 15E (towards Forskerparken) or Bus 150S (towards Kokkedal) and get off at Nærum Station. Walk 200 metres to the hotel. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. If you are going by car from from Copenhagen Airport keep driving west on highway E20 (direction Odense). After 15 km follow the E47 (direction north). After 19,3 km follow Highway 19/E47. Exit at no. 14 (Nærum). PUBLIC TRANSPORT Our hotel is situated 200 metres from the busstop of multiple buslines and the local train line that directly connects to Copenhagen city centre, Lyngby, the Technical University of Denmark, DTU Scion as well as a number of local corporations. HOW TO REACH US BY CAR? Living Suites is located just off exit no. 14 (Nærum) on the E47 highway. PARKING We offer easy and free parking. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOUSEKEEPING AND PETS: Housekeeping Service / Cleaning: Stays of 1-27 nights: A weekly housekeeping service is included in the rate. Stays of 28 nights or more: The housekeeping service is not included in the rate but a housekeeping service every second week is added to the booking (mandatory) at DKK 400 per time (DKK 800 per month). The housekeeping service fee is payable at the hotel. Pets: When staying Living Suites, you have the opportunity to bring your pet with you for a fee. We have dedicated "pet-friendly" studio apartments with own entrance, to make it easy for you to get in and out of the hotel. Please inform us when making your booking that you would like to bring your pet, so we can find the right room. We charge a pet fee per night depending on your length of stay: 1 – 7 nights: 150 DKK per night 8 – 29 nights: 100 DKK per night 30 nights or more: 75 DKK per night The pet fee is payable at the hotel as it is not included in the be paid at the hotel as it is not included in the accommodation rate.
