Lovely 2 bedroom house in convenient location

A lovely 2 bedroomed house . Located 30 mins walk from Liverpool centre, 5 mins walk from Princes Park, 2 mins walk from Tesco Extra (massive supermarket), 2 minutes from LIDL supermarket and 15 mins walk to the Bohemian area of Lark Lane, - with restaurants, pubs, and shops galore. My wife and I live around the corner from the property and make sure that everything you require is always there. A very comfortable house, containing everything you need for your stay in this wonderful city. There is a large space downstairs, with the living room/dining room knocked into one. The living room has a 3 seater sofa which easily pulls out into a large sofa bed. There is also a 2 seater sofa. A TV is mounted to the wall. The dining room contains a large dining table with space for 6 people (this can also be pulled out to make it larger) The master bedroom is large and has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom is also a good size and has 2 single beds (which can easily be pushed together). The bathroom is big and has a bathtub + shower. There is also a substantially sized yard to the rear. Guests are welcome to access the whole property Lee and I live around the corner from the house, and are usually available if needed. We will try to meet and greet you when you arrive, but if we are not around there is a keybox attached to the property. - 25 minutes walk to City Centre (or 5 mins drive) - £7 by taxi, or £2.40 per person by bus -from the end of the street. -5 minutes walk to Princes Park (big Victorian Park) - 15 minutes walk approximately to Lark Lane (vibrant nightlife area with lots of bars and restaurants) - Biggest Tesco (supermarket) in Liverpool in Liverpool, practically at the end of the street - also lots of shops (Park Rd - end of street) - LIDL supermaket - even closer than Tesco - 20 minutes drive to Liverpool airport (about £15 in a taxi) buses also available, although the bus stop is a 15 minute walk away. - 15 minutes drive to Anfield or Goodison Park (or 2 buses taking approximately 45 mins). - 30 minutes drive to Aintree Racecourse (or 2 buses taking approximately 1 hour) - 30 minutes drive to 'Another Place' by Antony Gormley at Crosby Beach (iron men statues). - 10 minutes walk from the nearest railway station (Brunswick) - Collection and drop off service available at a additional charge (by prior arrangement). - Buses to the city at the end of the street. - Taxi can be hailed at the end of the street, or booked any time of the day. - Walking to Liverpool centre takes 30 mins, and is easy stroll. - Brunswick railway station is a 10 min walk away. - Private Beatles tours can be arranged with Andy (prices vary depending on group size and length of trip.) Lee and I have been hosting Airbnb in our own house for the past 2 + years. We have hosted people from all over the world, and thoroughly enjoyed our experiences. We are superhost on this property.
