Our family home is designed for relaxed indoor outdoor easy living.Close to some of the most stunning beaches NZ has to offer, our generous home will be your home away from home too. Small pool table, large Springfree trampoline, swingset, tyre swing under a beautiful Golden Elm Tree. Off street parking is our driveway which will fit x2 cars. There is a space on the road directly outside our house. Please do not park on the lawn. There is parking at the end of our cul de sac for other cars. Please do not park in front of neighbours houses, use the parking at the end of the street if there are more cars. Favourite cafe, Chinese takeaway, Indian takeaway, dairy, large supermarket, bar, park, golf course - all within very easy walking distance of our home. - 5 minutes drive to downtown Tauranga eateries, parks, bars, galleries, shops, marina etc - 15 minutes drive to two stunning Mount Maunganui beaches, water sports, fabulous walks. - 2 minutes drive to large supermarket Sit back and relax amongst mature garden and trees in our expansive back yard. Bus stop on the corner, great walking path at the end of our road will take you down to a lower street - and just 5 minutes walk to lovely golf course, another very popular cafe etc - I will honour a FULL refund except the cleaning fee as the cleaner is pre booked and still need to pay if we or where you are from do into lock down due to COVID cancellations for bookings or will work with you to re book another suitable date. Friends/Neighbours will pop onto back yard to water veggie gardens etc. This is our family home so there will be personal items around our home. We do pop away many things stored in the garage but many items will still be around.
