Multiple family groups can easily relax in this large four bedroom, three living area, two level home. Beautifully decorated and has new beds that comfortably sleep up to 12 people. A fully fenced section even has a climbing wall and play house for the little ones and you can bring the dog. There are three living areas, four bedrooms (two on each level) two bathrooms and a dining table that seats 10. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. This home is less than 1km to the lake so is perfect for the family summer holiday in Taupo or if you are coming to partake in one of the many great events Taupo is host to. With two large heat pumps/air conditioners, one on each level of the home you will be nice and warm in winter.  *Linen is not included, you are welcome to supply your own or hire it from us for $15 per person. If you wish to add linen hire to your booking please select this option or let us know in the comments section when booking.    Special conditions:  Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours. This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. When making a request please ensure you have read the listing details and house rules carefully for suitability.
