Castlebrook is a unique lake front property. Come as a couple or as a group, you can enjoy outdoor amenities such as an outdoor kitchen, gas fire pits, hot tub and the boathouse game room. A short walk or a kayak ride to a quaint family friendly beach that will remind you of simpler times. Castlebrook is good for couples and small groups. Price is per guest. 5 bedrooms with private baths. Private dock with 500 feet of lake front with two kayaks, canoe and paddle boat available. Gas grill and outdoor gas fireplaces available. Six person hot tub. Property also has separate boat house game room (only available in the summer). Owner has own separate living quarters at the property and may be on the property during rentals. If owner is not at the property a caretaker will check on the property daily during all rentals. Guests can use entire house except owners' wing. The property is only rented to one group at a time. Besides the owners' wing guests have use of the entire property. Someone is always available to help. Your safety and security are very important to us. There are 3 private lakes and 2 state parks in Sullivan County. Lake Mokoma has a 3.5 mile hike around lake as well as a conservency area for other exploring. Parking is on site with ample parking for 6 cars. Bedroom above the kitchen has spiral staircase, there are stones steps to the dock. There is a basketball hoop. Gas fireplaces available in the winter in the family room and room above the kitchen. Special permission is needed to use the main fireplace. This is a private home and when not rented owner uses the entire property. Home is on a private lake, no outside boats are permitted. We ask all guests respect the property as it was their own.
