Recently renovated our 3 rooms at Barns Serviced Accommodation feature en-suite bathrooms, HD flatscreen TVs with streaming services and super comfortable hotel quality beds and bedding. We are the perfect choice for couples, families, groups and solo travellers. Our location means we are a 5 minute walk from the Beach, Town Centre and Bus&Train Stations. We also follow all local and national guidance to keep our guest safe and COVID compliant. Beautifully appointed, this is our largest room with en-suite bathroom. Ideally suited to family and group bookings as it can take up to 4 guests. However this room is also popular with single and couple bookings looking for abit more luxury. The hotel quality super king size bed can be split as 2 twin single beds, these also have 2 extra pull out trundle beds underneath so we can set the room out to meet any groups requirements (these beds may not be suitable for larger adults). The room is secured with a yale lock for security and peace of mind with hanging space for guests clothes. Within the room we offer highspeed wifi available throughout and a 50inch HD flat screen smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Iplayer. A small fridge is also in the room for guests use. In March 2021 we installed a brand new ensuite bathroom in this room for guests use. Guests also have full use of the kitchen and it facilities. Guests room is private. Kitchen and Batroom are shared with other guests. Family run and happy to help, local to the town with experience going back a generation in the hotel trade. We pride ourselves on being able to provide our guests the best level of stay and provide them with local knowledge and information to benefit there stay. We offer express check ins so guests are free to come and go when it suits however a member of staff is always available at the property should you need them. Quiet period residential area in central Ayr. Within 5 minute walk of Ayr's Bus/Train Stations, Ayr Town Centre, Highstreet, Taxi Rank and Beach. Also within walking distance of multiple local Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs and Coffee Shops. Ayr Racecourse (1.3 Miles) Popular area for golf with multiple world famous golf courses such as Royal Troon and Turnberry close by. Great transport links to Glasgow and Prestwick airports.
