This spacious, dual-aspect, ground floor bedroom & bathroom are ideally suited to visitors on walking holidays, visiting historic Exeter or as a stopover for further West Country exploring. We will be around to welcome you on arrival and happy to direct you to our favourite pubs, shops and walks. On the outskirts of a quiet village, this detached property has stunning views and a spacious garden. Walking distance to two pubs in our village and more classic, Dartmoor pubs in the surrounding area. Exeter is only a 15 minute drive on the A30 and we're 30 minute drive to local Devon beaches. Regular bus service into Exeter or Okehampton from the village (a 10 minute walk). Your own car is recommended to explore all that Devon has to offer you. Yoeford is the nearest train line Exeter has taxi services. The local area is popular with road cyclists. * We have ample parking on site * You are welcome to use our outside space as you wish (and meet the sheep!). * We welcome dogs - we have a friendly dog ourselves. * We have a gated driveway and garden for you to let your own dog off the lead if you require.
