Môr a Mynydd. Mountain meets Sea
We are situated on a working farm a mile from the beautiful seaside village of Aberdyfi in the Snowdonia National Park. Great location for cycling, running, walking or just plain and simply chilling to the sound of the sea, birds and sheep. Aberdyfi is a very beautiful but busy seaside village with 4 miles of sandy beach to enjoy. The caravan is definately in a location where the mountain meets the sea with nothing to obscure the view, and no wifi to distract, a great place to rest and escape. We do not have wifi or mobile signal, a real escape from modern day life. Please note that we do NOT provide towels either. Beds will be made up ready for the number of guests booked. Dogs are welcome. We live on the farm therefore are around at some point of every day, but we do both work full time also. We are very fortunate to be in the most southerly point of the Snowdonia National Park with its amazing landscape, great walks, beautiful mountains including Cader Idris and the Arans are within easy reach, mountain bike centres including Coed y Brenin, ClimachX and Nant yr Arian are a short drive away. Aberdyfi's famous 18hole Golf Course is 3/4 of a mile away, you can in fact see it from the lounge window. The beautiful Cambrian Coast railway line goes through Aberdyfi either north along the coast up to Pwllheli, south to Aberystwyth or inland towards Machynlleth, Welshpool, Shrewsbury and on to London. The famous Talyllyn Railway, the basis for Thomas the Tank stories begins in Tywyn, 4 miles from here. A parking permit for Gwynedd Carparks is supplied. There is NO WIFI or mobile signal, if you require WIFI, sadly, this is not the place for you. Towels NOT supplied. Travel cot and High Chair available on request.
