The entertaining deck: Huge outdoor deck complex, custom made for resort style entertaining! Spa overlooking the water. Private sauna. Convenient adjacent shower. Outdoor partly covered deck, with 10 person quality outdoor dining suite. Roll up cafe blinds in case the weather changes. Additional stackable outdoor chairs and folding table also available. Outdoor lounge beanbags. Fully stocked outdoor kitchen with quality pots, pans knives. Fridge with ice maker. Microwave, kettle and soda stream right there on the deck. Wine and champage glasses, plentiful plates and cutlery all duplicated in the deck kitchen. Weber family Q barbecue. Toilet on the deck for your convenience. The jetty: Private jetty will be vacant during your stay. Bring your own boat, or fish right off the jetty! We cannot describe how great and easy the fishing is. So far, none of our guests have gone home without a catch - right off the jetty! Even the 4 year olds catch something! The following species have been caught from the jetty: flathead, bream, whiting, trumpeter, taylor, flounder, leather jacket, mullet, blackfish, stripey, puffer fish, frogfish, toad, parrotfish, sting ray, banjo shark, octopus, squid, eel, blue swimmer crab, school prawns, slipper lobster, various jellyfish. From the shallow tidal waters in front of the property, we have also collected oysters and razorfish. Full access to house, garage, spa, entertaining deck and private jetty. Boat shed and under house workshop are off limits as they are used for personal storage. I am available by phone if you have any problems. Daleys Point is a small suburb on the Central Coast of NSW, almost entirely made up of waterfront properties. The land climbs steeply from the water, and houses are mostly large and multi level, to capture the stunning views over Brisbane Water. We recommend bringing your own car. There are buses to Ettalong shops or Woy Woy station. Walking to Ettalong is around 20 minutes, but is not fully paved and involves crossing a busy road and a short distance in the shoulder of the road. This property contains lots of stairs, so may not be suitable for those with low mobility. The entry level of the house contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room (TV) and 20m2+ balcony overlooking the water - but access to larger decks, laundry, spa and jetty are via stairs. Due to the stairs, and the position on the direct waterfront, children will require full supervision on the property. Waterfront area is NOT fenced.
