Sanitised Clean, modern and functional.

Personally I love my house to be clean, simple and functional. When I am designing this house, I make sure everything I do is what I want as a guest and not as home owner who just believe in getting to it rent out. The current situation Covid-19, we have take extra measure to sanitised the house before we hand it over to the next guest. Cleanliness is our utmost concern. We also prepare a sanitiser for your stay with us. Hope everyone will enjoy this space of mine. In this house, our gate is an automatic gate. This is to ensure your safety and provide convenience to your stay. Besides, this is a guarded and gated area. I love to get to know all my guests and we can make friends. I don’t mind to share what I know around my housing area. Once you book my place, you may contact me through (Hidden by Airbnb) or call me. Around this area, there are plenty of food to eat and hypermarket to shop for groceries. 1)We have a small park nearby like 5mins walk. 2)Food is easy as there are many restaurants around this area. It will be like 5mins drive. 3)There are 2 hypermarket around this area. In lieu of Covid-19, we do take extra measures to ensure our house is cleaned and sanitised to our guests comfort. For example, cutleries and cups are dipped in hot water, sheets are thoroughly washed, pillows and sofa are put under the sun for UV exposure, furnishing and railings are disinfected with alcohol based solution, etc. No corners will be cut when it come to cleanliness. This is how we show our sincere care to visiting guests and in line with our business model.
