Sunny double room/balcony/shower/wc

Lovely sunny double bedroom, has its own shower/wc, and a balcony overlooking the private woods behind the house. It is close to Honor Oak Station with fast connections to Central London and Whitechapel. My guests share the kitchen and living rooms with myself and my small dog Charlie and I have wi fi and free view tv. There is a washing machine to use and you are very welcome to cook if you wish. It is very peaceful here and there is a great view over London too but it is also very easy to get into Central London. There are some good local restaurants as well. I like all of my guests to feel really relaxed here and you are welcome to tea and coffee at any time. I enjoy helping guests finding their way around London and having lived here a long time can suggest places to go as well. I am always happy to help guests with any queries they have. However if guests just want to get on by themselves that’s fine too. I want guests to feel free to make drinks, food whenever they wish. There is always a variety of teas and coffee and fresh fruit and bread, jams and breakfast cereal. If guests have any special dietary needs I ll do my best to accommodate them . Any other queries always welcome and I ll do my best to find an answer. Honor Oak Park has several restaurants and cafes and a Sainsbury’s local supermarket . It’s a family friendly residential area . Forest Hill one stop further south on the train has the fascinating and free Horniman Museum and gardens . Dulwich is easily accessible by bus and has the beautiful Dulwich Gallery and park if you want to explore the local area. Easy connection by train to central London . Fast connection to central London by the overground line of the underground . There are buses too if you want a leisurely ride into central London. It’s a 10 minute walk to the station (depending how fast you walk of course) You are staying in my home and as a guest I want you to be relaxed and happy. I do have a little dog who loves with me and my grandchildren visit too. It’s a family home . We have a private wood at the rear of the garden accessible by residents only. There is a piano if you want to play !! Just enjoy your stay
