Any damages caused to the van where it is your responsibility are not included. The insurance also includes road assistance in case you have any issues during your trip. In case of an accident, please call the owner immediately to help you solve the situation. Security Deposit: The security deposit is 750 Euros payable via bank transfer/ Pay Pal previous to arrival. The deposit will be given back 3-4 working days after check-out. The deposit will only be used in case of any damages during the guest's trip. To arrive by yourself to pick up the van we recommend coming by Uber or public transport depending on your location and luggage -------------------------------- Public transport If you are coming from the airport: Take the subway to Cais Do Sodré and then take the train (single line) towards Cascais and drop off in "Carcavelos". It cost is around 5 euros per person and it takes around 1 hour. I will pick you up at the train station with no extra cost and we will go to the check-in place (5 minutes from the station). ----------------------------- If you have too much luggage consider taking an Uber as there are transfers and a lot of stairs to climb with the public transport.
