Villa ÕU Rose apartment is in a 120 years old captains house offering a historical and rustic experience in a modern way. The house has 2 floors and Rose apartment is located on the second floor and has a private entrance. You will be sharing the property with me and my family (my partner, 3 kids and cat Saskia), we live on the first floor. Villa ÕU is a house that is always filled with laughter and love, making it a perfect place for a romantic get away or for family vacations. Built over 100 years ago, this rustic and Estonian style building is renovated using sustainable and ecological materials. You can sit outside in the garden. You can purchase a beautiful souvenir from my design boutique that is in the small garden house or drink a glass of quality Spanish wine / fresh smoothie/ coffee bought from the cafe/vinotheque that is in the same house. Pärnu beach, city centre and shopping, restaurants, parks, playgrounds are just a walk away. You have access to your private apartment with a private entrance. Apartment consists of bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Access to the garden, sitting area and the trampoline. Villa ÕU neighborhood is in the middle of the city, near the beach and surrounded by Pärnu river and beautiful trees and several parks. The beach, cafes, shops, city centre = in walking distance. Kauni is a fashion designer who designs knitwear and linen clothes. Every person who stays in the apartment can get a 10% discount of her design.
