La maison rose

It's a new house for 4 people (ideal for a family) located in a quite town in the "lake district" . Well connected to Lugano and Locarno and just 25 km far away to Como. Milano is reacheable by train in one hour and 20 minutes. This is a new house with private garden, private car box and with many amenities such as dishwasher washing machine, HI-FI set and a free WI-FI connection. On the ground floor there's a sunny living room, a big and modern kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a big shower. You can park your car directly on the box or on a private closed space. Outside there is a garden with table, chairs and beach umbrella, to enjoy your stay even in the open air. If you are a family, an high chair and a baby bed is provided for free! You can use the house and the garden. When I rent the house, I won't be at home but in any case I'll be reacheable for any problem/ inquiry. Probably the strong point about this area is that it's very quiet even during summer time and it's near to many attractions. There are interesting things to do (cycling, walking, climbing, swimming on the lakes..) and many differrent places to visit too. I usually provide many brochures about many attractions of the area. This is a strategic point for many tours. It's just 5 minutes fa away from Laveno on the Maggiore lake where you can take a boat tour (to reach Verbania or a trip to the isles) or just enjoy many different beaches. It's well connected to Locarno and Lugano in Switzerland and less than one hour far away to Como. Milano is reacheable by train (1 hour and 20 mins approx) or by car using a motorway. If you come with bicicle, there are different cicle paths. I usually have two cats; they are vaccinated and during winter time stay inside the house. Please remember this notice if you are allergic.
