The apartment is fully self catered and has everything for an enjoyable stay. It offers a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The terrace is the focal point with its views of Lake Bracciano. It is unique as guests can walk directly to the beach in a few steps and access the sailing clubs facilities, rent boats, canoes, take sailing lessons and eat at the beach bistrot Verde Blu with a 10% discount. The center of the town of Trevignano Romano is 15 minutes walking where guests can explore and experience the many outdoor cafes, restaurants pubs and bistrots. Guests may use the parking, garden area, beach and Bistrot facilities. Guests can rent boats, canoes, stand up paddle, windsurf or catamaran and take sailing lessons. My wife and I both live in an apartment in the villa and manage the Sailing Club and Verde Blu Bistrot. We are available for any assistance during guests stay. From the main piazza guests can take the bus to Rome 45 minutes away or take a train from Bracciano, A car is required to explore the area, the Tuscia, the lake district and Etruscan sites. Guests can park i n the parking facility at the back of the property. The unique waterfront location allows guest to enjoy and experience the lake close up. The property has a large terrace where guests can wake up to morning mist, enjoy the lake cool breezes and watch the sunset without ever leaving the apartment.
