Our neighbourhood is very green and quiet. Walking distance to PO, two train stations, bus, park, shops and restaurants. Suburbs of Sherwood, Graceville and Corinda are easily accessible on foot. Very close to two train stations and bus. Ok area for cycling. Street parking easily available. Easy access to CBD, universities, tennis centre, parks, shops, restaurants, post office. Very safe area. Large heated pool available to use. If interested we can discuss loan of bikes. We have no pets. This is one of two Airbnb units on site and at times you may meet other guests. If you have trouble with the stairs when entering the property we have an option in which, for a $100 fully refundable deposit, we can give you an electronic key to the main gate. Then there are no stairs at all.
