90 Seconds to the Beach!!

90 seconds walk to the golden sand beach of Little Kaiteriteri and protected waters of the bay. A purpose built mountain bike park just a couple of minutes ride away. Abel Tasman National Park just a short drive or boat ride along the coast. Wineries, cafes, restaurants, ocean...and the very best weather in the country. Stay in our quiet and private house and let your adventures unfold....the options are limitless and our house is perfectly situated right in the middle of it all. 2 verandahs give you all day sun with total privacy. Wander down the beach and rent a kayak or standup paddleboard and explore the nearby bays. Hop on a water taxi and zoom up the coast to explore the Abel Tasman Park. Spend hours in the mountain bike park testing your skills on the myriad of tracks. Lay on the beach, swim in the clear water, try out the local restaurants, wineries and cafes, visit the fantastic art and sculpture galleries. The house is comfortable and well laid out for a cruisy holiday. Everything is there for your use and it suits 1 or 2 couples/families or a group of friends looking for a beach holiday. You get the whole house. Our stuff is locked away in personal cupboards out of your way. We're in Queenstown but always available by phone or email if there is an issue or if you need local knowledge on the area. A very quiet neighbourhood surrounds us almost entirely composed of holiday homes so there are seldom any neighbours to disturb you. Easy parking for one vehicle in the garage and space for another outside if need be. Our personal kayaks are stored and locked in the garage on racks and not available for guests use but boats are easy to hire just down the beach. There is an outside shower to rinse the sand off your feet before entering the house.
