Living Studio Suedblick

Studio Suedblick is a pleasant, bright living space of 28 m2 on the first floor of the south side of our house, ideal for 1-2 people, equipped with kitchenette and bathroom, offers the view on the surrounding wines. The kitchenette has built in fridge, gas stove and microwave. Coffee machine is available, as well as a communal washing machine. Our Südblick-guests enjoy the ground-floor outdoor-terrace located below the studio. Our house is located 250m from the city center. In the picturesque village of Margreid, at the foot of the hiking paradise between Fennberg, mount Roen and the Trudner Horn Nature Park, the guest experiences a countryside flair and nature, with a range of sports and leisure options. Free access to our garden and our house surroundings. As the landlord I am staying in the same house, always at our guests disposition. The Studio offers the view on the surrounding vineyards of the South Tyrol Wine Road and on the adjacent mountains. Bus station is 200m from our house Local train station is 2km from our house To the minimarket in the city center: 250m from our house Upon arrival you may feel free to acquire our guest card (1,2€/day) which offer free access to over 80 museums (Oetzi the ice-man, Messner mountain museums etc), castles, wineries, historic places and local tourist events also the free use of public cable cars (Renon, S.Genesio, Mendola..) and not least of all public transport in Alto Adige / South Tyrol, (including buses and trains with Magre-Bolzano-Trento connections) + half price on public swimming pools.
