This apartment is ideal for a business trip thanks to its location, fully-equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms and quiet location. Stylish furnishings promise a comfortable stay at any time of the year. - smart residence - underground garage - elevator - balcony/terrace - very spacious apartment OUR SPECIALS: - Reception located on 29 Augusta Street 36C open from 9 AM till 7 PM - Possibility to book an airport shuttle with us - Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out at the reception IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note, that we require city tax payment upon arrival which is 1.70 Eur per adult person per night (this excludes students and people under 18 years). This amount is not included in Airbnb price calculation. For these purposes we also require picture ID (Passport/Driver's License) upon arrival. CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: 1) you can either visit us at our reception located only 7 minutes walk from the apartment (address is Ulica 29. augusta 36C) and discuss all the details about your stay. We will also kindly ask you for the city tax payment and ID/passport information in person. Afterwards we will provide the code to access the building and your apartment. or 2) another option is to pay for the city tax online via airbnb or via our online check-in option. Once your CC and ID/passport details are uploaded in the system, we will provide the codes to access the building and your apartment. Due to Covid-19 our reception is currently temporarily closed. We kindly ask our guests to safely store their information in our property management platform and afterwards we send out email check-in instructions. To receive instructions we would like to kindly ask the guests to follow these steps: 1. send us e-mail address 2. fill our online check-in form (personal details) 3. instructions with access code will be sent on e-mail We are also available via phone or if necessary, we can also meet in person. The apartment is located in the city center in a newly-built residence, it meets the needs of even the most demanding businessmen as well as families seeking relaxation. The apartment is located on a very quiet street, near the shopping center Eurovea, the Slovak National Theatre, Bus Station Mlynske Nivy and right next to the Medical Garden On the day of your arrival, you can either personally meet with one of my colleagues at the reception or if the city tax is paid upfront (via airbnb or credit card), you can go directly to your apartment once you obtain unique code to enter the residence and the apartment.
