Spacious 3 bedroom house with ducted heating in Winter & cooling in Summer, 2 bathrooms with showers & main with full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with full fridge & microwave. All beds have doonas, pillows, sheet, pillowcases. Towels NOT provided. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area or take a 5 minute walk to the local pub & bakery. Check out some of the knick-knack shops along the way. Bridgewater is a quiet, small, rustic town by the River. Come fish, bike ride, canoe, swim, walk or just relax. All bedrooms have central heating in Winter and central cooling in Summer. The kitchen is fully equipped. Full Sized Fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, full oven and stove, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses provided. The main bathroom has a bathtub & hairdryer. The laundry has a washing machine (use cold water only). A front door code and WiFi code will be provided prior to check in. No major stairs to negotiate. - Ring me or leave a message on my mobile if you have any enquiries during your stay. - Please advise your ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL upon booking. - Gas for BBQ cannot be guaranteed. A spare gas bottle is left inside the BBQ (but if the previous guest has left the gas on, it may run out). There is a service station across the road if gas if needed urgently. - property damage will be charged back to the guest. 5 min walk to the public swimming hole with toilets, grass area & shade. 5 min walk to the local pub and bakery 17 km to Melville Caves Inglewood 7 km to IGA Inglewood 25 min drive to Bendigo Walking, Bike riding, canoe or motor vehicle or motor boat only between Sept-April. Passive fishing in the Winter months. - Please advise your arrival time. - Pets allowed but please ask first. - If yo u wish to check out later than 10.00 AM, please advise to ensure no one els e is checking in the next day and a $35.00 cleaning fee applies. - WiFi available.
