Peaceful and Private Garden Unit

Stay in the heart of vibrant South Fremantle. Live peacefully only 170metres from the bustle of South Terrace and all its cafes, bars & restaurants. Take a 1km stroll to beautiful South Fremantle Beach or a 15 min walk into the heart of Fremantle. The UNIT is a delightfully renovated space at the rear of my home. Guests love its ambience, its privacy & its peaceful garden setting. My daughter Sally now co-hosts. We both look forward to making your stay pleasant & memorable. The newly built self-contained 'Unit' is in a private rear garden. There is secure gate and pathway and well lit access from the street. A spacious living room is two steps down from and is overlooked by a well equipped kitchen; suitable for short stays. The bedroom is through the bathroom. It has a separate shower, toilet and vanity. Two King Size Single beds can be pushed together to make a Super King Bed. French doors open onto a brick terrace and landscaped garden. The 'Unit' is 5 steps higher than the main house and located in the rear garden. It is accessed via the well lit driveway of the main house, a side entry pathway and secure gate. There is a clothesline available for guests. A BBQ is available on the paved courtyard near the 'Unit'. Meals can be enjoyed at indoor or outdoor tables. There are also two steps down into the living room. I am available to answer questions or assist with travel plans if required. I live in the main house and look forward to providing a high level of hospitality whilst respecting my guests' privacy. Sally resides 45 minutes away but is available via mobile or email. The lifestyle in South Fremantle is relaxed and friendly. The beach is close. There is a buzzing cafe & restaurant scene with 2 'pubs', a choice of Indian, Nepalese, Italian, Thai and Mexican restaurants, traditional Fish & Chips, Gourmet Hot Dogs and a Burger Bar etc. Public transport is convenient. The FREE circular Fremantle BLUE 'CAT' bus runs every 20 minutes during the day and a bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. It connects to Fremantle Train Station and then travels through the centre of Fremantle's CBD/shopping and café strip. A frequent train service connects to Perth. Transperth Buses cover the city and stops are very close. Ferries to Rottnest Island leave from Fremantle Harbour which is also very accessible. A selection of teas, a Coffee Pod machine and fresh milk are supplied. Extra fresh towels are available on request. There is afront loading washing machine. There is no oven or built-in cooktop but there is a microwave, an electric frypan, toaster, panini toaster, a Gas Weber BBQ and a plug in convection hotplate with saucepans saucepans.
