'Beudy Bach' barn conversion
A cosy, comfortable and tastefully renovated stone built barn conversion. Situated just outside the village of Llanbedr, within easy walking distance of several country pubs and a village shop. This peaceful haven is ideally located for exploring the Welsh coast and mountains. It sleeps 2 people, either in twin or one super king sized bed, with en-suite shower room. There is also a well equipped kitchen and lounge downstairs. Free parking on premises and good wireless Internet connection. A cosy space for TWO only. We also welcome single guests. There is a lounge, kitchen & dining area downstairs and a en-suite bedroom upstairs. We added a host of 'eco' features to our barn conversion! There's a solar panel to heat the water, underfloor heating run from an air source heat pump and we buy 'green' electricity too. We used local slate and reclaimed materials where possible - even the paint is eco friendly! We have created a secure, indoor bike lock-up area, with coded access. As the barn is a small space, guests can also use our boiler house to dry soggy clothes! There is a small patio outside the barn for your use. We're happy to chat about local places and offer ideas for walks, cycle rides & places to eat. This is an amazing spot, nestled between the beautiful coastline of Cardigan Bay and majestic hills and mountains of Snowdonia. Small villages, inviting pubs & cafes, historic buildings all within easy reach. Miniature railways abound and the Cambrian Coast mainline is truly one of the most scenic in Britain! The Cambrian Coat railway is easily accessible, just be aware that the service is mainly every 2 hours. There is only one local bus - again easy to access from the barn. There are many cycle tracks, trails & footpaths in the area to explore. This is great place to see the night skies - no street lighting here!
