Beautiful self-catering studio flat in a rural location with balcony, rural views. Less than a mile out of picturesque Topsham with a great pub and the Exeter Chiefs Rugby stadium half a mile away. Free parking for 1 car. A self contained loft space with it's own entrance, check yourself in with the key safe and enjoy your stay without any need to come into contact with anyone if you so wish. Please come & go as you please! The 'Garret' is the perfect pad for couples to enjoy short breaks near the beautiful town of Topsham and within minutes of the city centre of Exeter and also nearby beach towns including Exmouth & Lympstone. First floor balcony with bistro furniture and rural views. We are very dog friendly at the Garret. You can have up to 1 dog (will consider 2 small dogs on request) and there's is a £5 per night charge to cover our additional cleaning. We hope that's ok! Please tell us at point of booking that you are bringing dogs and we can send you an additional invoice. Private front door and entrance stairs. Large and light main room with, built-in wardrobe, TV and double bed. Small Kitchen/dining room with seating for two. Bathroom with shower. Balcony with rural views and the occasional cow!
