A beautiful contemporary cottage in a peaceful location on the edge of the Snowdonia national park, a short walk from the scenic Menai Straits sea and three miles from the historic town of Caernarfon. The house has been modernised with the living room upstairs to make the most of the stunning views of the Welsh countryside and Snowdon through large windows. Perfect for small families, couples and small groups looking for a peaceful break close to all that Snowdonia has to offer. The property is a semi detached cottage located in the rural hamlet of Llanfaglan. The contempory living room has beautiful views of Snowdon. It has two sofas and a dining table, including a sofa bed sleeping two. The spacious double bedroom has an en suite wet room. There is a fully equipped country kitchen and an additional seperate toilet and sink. Cot available on request. Guests have access to parking for one car (or two small cars) and to a garden. Garden which has been signposted on the gate. We live in the adjoining property. The property is a short walk away from the river Gwyrfai and the picturesque Menai Straits. It is a ten minute drive from the popular beach Dinas Dinlle. The lounge boasts stunning views of Snowdon which is only a fifteen minute drive away. The llyn peninsula and all its fantastic beaches are a short drive away. It's a fantastic base for exploring Snowdonia! There is a bus stop a five minute walk from the property which runs to the local beach Dinas Dinlle and the town Caernarfon. However we advise having access to a car for your stay as the buses are fairly irregular.
