A Home away from Home

My home is about 12 km from Melbourne Airport, or a 20 minute drive. The room is newly furnished in a contemporary style. There are 2 separate single rooms available at $42 each room Bathroom is to be shared when both rooms are booked on the same day. My home is LGBTI friendly Kitchen can be used to prepare meals, guest is required to leave the kitchen clean and tidy Guest can get there persona clothing lauded at a fee to be negotiated with host When at home I am happy to assist with Guest requests. Close to the home is a bus stop, shopping centre nearby, close to Woodlands Historic park as well as Greenvale Reservoir and local recreation parks. Bus stop within walking distance, bus takes you to the nearbyGreenvale Shopping Centre or Train station Roxburgh Park, a Myki card is required to access Melbourne’s public transport. Please no pets, arrival time no later than 10pm, unless a mutual agreement has been agreed on. If a house key is required a fee of $20 is payable, fully refundable upon return of key. Please strictly no smoking allowed in side the house or room. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charge in case you do smoke inside the house or room. I am willing to offer air traveling guest an airport pickup or drop off service, at a fee of $20.00, each way. Needs to be booked at time of accommodation booking with the host
