Sycamore Ranch log cabin sleeps up to 6 persons. With trees all round and own private garden area which is a perfect sun trap to sit and relax. Many visitors return each year to this nature reserve which is renown for the peaceful atmosphere. The 3 bedroom log cabin has 2 double bedrooms, bedrooms and a bunk bed room. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The cabin has a fitted kitchen with washing machine, gas hob, electric oven,microwave, fridge and is fully equipped for self catering. Here at Penycoed Holidays we have four Log Cabins set in beautiful woodland surroundings next to Llynclys Hill and Crickheath Hill Nature Reserves with miles of bridleways and tracks to explore on the unspoilt Shropshire/Welsh Border. Renowned for the peaceful asmosphere. The accommodation is available all year round to riders and non riders. The authentic log cabins are tastefully furnished, with gas central heating, double glazing and are fully equipped for self-catering. Direct from cabin miles of excellent walks through woodlands and common land along Offa's Dyke footpath. Nearby fishing, golf, quad trekking. Guests are met in reception and shown to their cabin, heating and hot tub are explained. We prefer to allow the guests privacy, but we are on site 24 hours if needed. We are in a lovely position 500 ft up on Llynclys hill. The cabin site faces South and is a sun trap, sheltered by the trees behind. There is no sound of traffic and the area is buzzing with wildlife and birdsong. The nature reserve is a triple SSI with geological interest with limestone rocks and caves. Perfect for bird watching, butterflies and rare flowers and fungi. Situated 1 mile from the local bus service.
