The Green House Maleny

The Green House is a spacious open-plan timber home that also operates as a retreat for groups and private clients. Accommodation is a large 3 x 2 home with an amazing fully equipped kitchen to support self-catering for guests. The space and amenities is well suited for small group retreats, family/friends reunions - hence mainly single bed shared accommodation, however the second bedroom has 2 x king singles that converts to King bed. Onsite Shala is an extra space to hire. No parties allowed. You'll feel like you are living right in the middle of the forest, with verandahs all around the house and there's no other houses within view, only trees, trees and more trees. The house is situated between two steep gullies which gives absolute privacy. The long steep driveway leaves the neighbours and street high above. The owners reside in the cottage adjacent to The Green House, however be assured that your area is situated well away and we are not sharing any common areas. Long and steep driveway leads to 2 parking areas. Access your accommodation via the front door to the left side of house past the health clinic (has big Bali Temple entrance), to a courtyard beyond the pool area. Once unlocked you can access both verandahs and come and go via the right side of house also (overlooks the Shala) We may greet you on arrival, otherwise you will be able to self check-in Unless you are booking our services (Breathwork, sound healing, sweat-lodge etc) we leave you to yourselves, we respect your (and our) privacy. The Green House is also a health retreat with private clients therefore you may notice our clients using the car-park and coming to the clinic reception or shala Monday-Fridays only. We are only a few kms from the Sunshine Coast Hinterland town of Maleny abundant with arts, music, healing and cafes. Creeks, waterfalls and mountain views and abundant native flora and fauna Please note the rules about children; we welcome 12+ Home gym use for 18+ yrs and older, at own risk. Pool is not available at this time.
