Apartment in a residential area, with unbeatable views, lovely decoration, and all of the amenities. Twenty-six km from Los Rodeos Norte airport and 50 km from Tenerife Sur airport, near beach and town, and ideal for vacations and relaxation. Why is my lodging a unique place? Because it's very warm, and upon entering you're dazzled by those views, you can't stop yourself from running to the terrace to enjoy them, and being here gives you a feeling of infinite calm. There are no common areas. The building has them, but the apartment has a private entrance and a private parking space at its door, so you don't have to bump into any neighbors. I have as much of a relationship with the guests as they want and need, so if they need something for the apartment or advice about the lovely places that we have on the island to visit, or places to eat, or where to go shopping, they can, in short, count on me, no problem. On the contrary, I'd be pleased...and if you'd like to have a coffee, well, that too :). If you'll be arriving late in the evening, or if you're seniors that need extra help, you can make up a list of supplies so that I can have them ready when you arrive: that way you won't have to go shopping after a long trip. Obviously, the shopping list isn't included in the price of the reservation hahahaha, but I'll manage it, and in some cases I can even pick you up from the airport. In short...I'll do everything possible so that your stay on my Tenerife and in my house leaves you with a good impression, and if you want to come back someday, you can also recommend us to friends. Also! We can go making friends throughout the world; I love the idea! The area is a residential development, made up largely of detached houses. Its very quiet and friendly, and you'll hear lots of birds singing and see them fly through the area. From the highway, you may see a lot of animals, such as lizards, butterflies, porcupines, although the highway is next to the beach and the apartment is in the mountains, so given the unevenness of the terrain, this gives it some marvelous views. The best way to get around is by car, but you also have the option of taking public transport: two hundred meters away there's a bus stop that leaves you at the station, from which you can travel to anywhere on the island. Also, there's a taxi stand close to the house. The apartment is in a very good location, it's on the route that connects the north and south of the island, which makes it very easy for you to get around the entire island.
