Quaint Guest Room in Bucks County PA

Clean and newly built home (2017), with a quaint guest room and a dedicated guest shower/bath room. The guest room is a perfect fit for solo-travelers and working professionals who are in town for business. Convenient access to major highways, Amtrak station, Nj transit, Septa, and close to restaurants, shops and many more! Our home is quaint and cozy, as soon as you walk in you’ll feel right at home. We have a single family home and guests will have access to common areas such as the kitchen and dining room, living room and a dedicated guest bathroom. Our home has central air-conditioning/heating, reverse osmosis drinking water, hi-speed internet. We also have a nice, well-lit deck in the back equipped with a patio table and chairs. We also leave our driveway open for guest use. The guest room has a queen-size bed with memory gel green tea infused foam mattress and is set-up with four pillows and a queen size duvet during the colder months or a regular light blanket during the warmer months. The room is equipped with a 40-inch TV with a Roku remote, it also has good size closet with iron and board and plenty of hangers, a ceiling fan, a semi-full size mirror, mini fridge with complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, 2 bed side tables with LED lamps for reading, a desk for when you need to work on your laptop equipped with a power strip and LED desk-lamp and a window that lets natural light in with room-darkening curtains for comfort. We leave the driveway open whenever we are hosting, so please let us know ahead of time if you are driving a car. There is a nearby SEPTA 127 bus stop about a 3 minute-walk from the house that can take you to Oxford Valley Mall, Levittown Parkway and Walmart. When you stay with us, you will most likely experience a typical “at-home” setting. My Husband and I live on the property and we only have 1 room listed on AIRBNB, we try our best to give our guest space and privacy at all times... however, you will most likely see us around when you stay at our place because we like to watch TV in the living room when we’re done working and I also love to cook in our kitchen. I personally love to greet our guests on their arrival and give them a little orientation of where everything is. We try to be less intrusive as much as we can, but we keep our lines of communication open. Please feel free to send us a message or talk to us if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable. Even though the train tracks is right around the corner, I consider our street quiet and a very safe neighborhood. There’s Dunkin Donuts, 7/11, Dollar Store, Farm Market, Wawa with Gas station near us. We also have a local breakfast place, Cafe Chorba and Carol’s Kitchen that serves awesome food! We don’t offer Washer and Dryer. Please refrain from asking. There are 5 laundromat in our area that can accommodate your laundry needs. We have a dog, he’s more like our baby, his name is Hawk and he loves being petted and might follow you around the house like a sick pup. He loves people. Don’t be alarmed when you walk in the front door and he starts barking/crying/whining... he just loves to tell you about his day.. as soon as you pet him he’ll calm down. DISCLAIMER: If you are allergic to dogs or afraid of dogs, we suggest that you book another Airbnb that does not have pets as our dog can be very clingy at times and will definitely want to go near you to get to know you better and he is pretty much the boss in the house.
