Beautiful farm house with private pool, Burgundy.

Our home is set in rural Charolles farming country between Charolles and La Clayette. Car essential. A charming well appointed farm house that benefits from a grass and gravelled private garden leading to shady grounds, with its own private swimming pool. With two double bedrooms, one single and one twin, the house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. The dining room seats 10, and the new kitchen is extremely well equipped. Our home has undergone renovations during the 14 years we have owned it. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all crockery and oven to tableware from Emile Henry, France (all breakages will be charged for). There is a Nespresso machine for your use but coffee capsules are not supplied. The private heated swimming pool was installed in May 2017 and is a very welcome addition to our property. Nestled in our field next to the house with views overlooking the countryside. (The pool must be covered between each use and overnight for security reasons plus to assist with keeping the pool free of leaves.) The property benefits from a private garden with patio and lawn. There is WiFi, satellite TV and DVD player coupled with a wood burner for evenings in. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. (washing powder and fabric softener not provided) All bed linen is provided. Towels are available at additional charge. A high chair and baby cot are available upon request. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 OR FROM ANYONE WITHOUT REVIEWS. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent an access code to let yourself into the property. You will also be sent detailed house rules, arrival and departure instructions. Full instructions are available in the house for all appliances and for accessing the pool. WE ASK THAT YOU TREAT OUR HOME WITH THE RESPECT YOU WOULD YOUR OWN PROPERTY PLUS FOLLOW THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN. We are available should you wish to contact us throughout your stay, please remember however, that we are in Hong Kong so may not reply immediately. Should you need to contact someone urgently you can contact our housekeeper who lives close by, details will be sent prior to your arrival. WE ONLY ACCEPT BOOKING FROM EXISTING AIRBNB MEMBERS WHO HAVE VERIFIED REVIEWS ON THEIR ACCOUNT. There is a local village shop nearby, and full amenities in the local towns of La Clayette and Charolles. You need to have a car. Things to do in the local area include horse riding, kayaking, tree climbing / zip wire parks, vineyards, Chateaux, museums and ruins, even theme parks and a zoo.
