Includes Wi-Fi Standard capacity 12 people. Extra charge per extra person Entries after 15h00 and departures until 11h00. The client must allow the identification copy before entering the apartment. Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the house. Bed linen and towels included and change of sheets and towels for stays longer than 1 week. Housekeeping available for a surcharge The reservation formalized after minimum signaling of 25% of the stay (non-refundable amount); Mandatory minimum security deposit will be returned 48h after inspection of the house and provided it is returned in proper condition and without damage.
