Located in Borey PengHuoth's Star Platinum Polaris #1 on National Highway #1, equipped with new A/C, the room is filled with natural light; a best relaxing place either you're on holidays/work. Citybus service is available at 1.1 KM, 10 minutes walk. Various local/western foods/drink/coffee shops are around. The area is clean, safe & green, one of our guests from the USA reviewed it as "Beverly Hills of Los Angeles"; that is why many expatriates/western traveller prefer living here. Space includes: + a bedroom of the size of 4.5 X 5.5 meters on the first floor, two flight-stairs are smooth to climb. + due to wide windows facing the street, the room is very bright in the daylight and makes the best feeling with natural light. If you open the windows early in the morning you will feel the fresh breeze. + attached private big bathroom (the door of the bathroom opens inside the bedroom). + a king-size bed, good for 2 persons. + a working table, and a sofa set. + Besides the bedroom, a large living room and a modern kitchen area, available on the ground floor. + There is a lock on the door of the bedroom. + The entire housing is a safe, clean, quiet and 24/7 secured gated community that is why so many expatriates/travellers already living/prefer to stay here. + The guests will be provided with a set of keys to lock the bedroom to secure their belongings and lock the entrance gate when they go out. If I am free, I can company my guests to walk around in the Borey Our home is located in the Star Platinium Borey Peng Huoth (Housing), it is a 24/7 security gated community, that is so many expatriates already living here. There is an international school, gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, sports club, golf club, parks, and many mini-marts. Many laundry shops are available nearby. Our home is in a business zone of the Borey, so guests can access to various types of shops for foods (local, Asian and Western), many coffee shops, bakeries, and pizzeria are located around. There is a Euro Park for a morning walk or relaxing in the evening. We created a good atmosphere in front of our house as we plant flowers, a mango tree and vegetables/herbs. There is an international hospital, called Cho Ray Phnom Penh. The best way to getting around in Phnom Penh: 1. Citybus: Two lines of citybus service available frequently on National Highway Number 1, about 600 meters walk from our home. The closed bus stop is "Cho Ray Phnom Penh Hospital". 2. Call PassApp, Grab, or WeGo (all three-wheeler taxis) through their Apps; all easy to come to our home. Use Apps, they will charge you as per meter. 3. If you plan to stay longer, rent a bike or bicycle 4. Street parking is available in our housing We are happy to offer discounts on long term stays in our home as well as multiple guests that notify us in advance. We are a family-friendly environment and have a zero-tolerance policy towards prostitution and drug use and those engaging with sex workers and drug users. In every instance, we will ask guests to immediately vacate the room if we suspect this is happening with no refunds. A full explanation of why we have done this will be left as part of our review of their stay. Airport picks up or drops off service can be arranged with the extra charge of 20 to 25 US dollars for one way. For monthly: The room is also available for a long term rental with a negotiation about electricity, water, and gas stove usage charges. Bicycle is available for rental at 2 to 3 US$ per day.
